    PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Product management is much more than writing user stories and acceptance criteria. It is about empathizing with customers to continuously add value to their lives. It means knowing where to look for actionable insight, understanding what data to consider, and delivering against outcomes with a deep product sense.

    PRODUCT INNOVATION

Innovation is a never ending journey that addresses struggling moments to turn challenges into opportunities. It is a mindset centered on the identification of patterns that lead to inefficiencies and frustration. It harnesses the potential of new technology and/or new business models to make progress happen, and bring people in a new breakthrough state

As demonstrated by over 12 years of experience at a global scale.

The customer side

No solution exists without a customer having to endure the consequences of a struggling moment. When such a moment occurs, we see opportunities to make progress happen. It requires a deep understanding of the sequence of events leading up to that moment, and a strategy to walk the customer through the entire customer journey.

The business side

Every company strives to achieve a set of business outcomes, but the significance of each outcome vary depending on the stage of the company's life cycle. Understanding which phase a business is in is crucial for making informed product decisions that support immediate goals without compromising long-term success.

Over-emphasizing on one or the other side of the relationship leads to sub-optimal, if not catastrophic, results. There are trade-offs to be made to create a permanent win-win situation.

“Market-solution fit is between the customer and the business. It is my job to arrange the meeting.”
